Why Choose Kalon Meraki
for In-Home Support?

Skilled & Experienced Support Workers
Every support worker on our team brings a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the disability or medical care field. You can be confident that your child is supported by someone who not only understands complex needs, but who leads with professionalism, empathy, and consistency.
A Team Tailored to Your Needs
We match support workers based on each child’s specific support requirements, preferences, and goals. Our diverse and highly trained workforce includes:
General Support Workers: For assistance with daily living, personal care, routine building, and community participation.
High Intensity Support Workers: For children and young people with complex physical, medical, or behavioural needs — including seizure monitoring, manual handling, medication administration, and high-risk behaviours.
Behaviour Support Workers: Trained in positive behaviour support, de-escalation strategies, and safety planning. We support plans developed by behaviour practitioners and integrate them into daily routines.
Nursing and Clinical Nursing Staff: Including PEG feeding, epilepsy management, tracheostomy care, complex medication, and delegated clinical tasks.
Therapy Assistants: Assisting with the implementation of allied health goals and therapy strategies, in home or community environments.
